With over a decade of international experience, he specialises in shaping and delivering high-impact cultural programmes that combine strong creative vision with robust operational and business thinking.<\/p>\n<p>He is the <strong>Co-Founder and Programme Director of the Architecture Film Festival London<\/strong>, an internationally recognised platform exploring the relationship between the built environment, film, and contemporary culture. He also co-organised <strong>ArqFilmFest<\/strong> in Chile, contributing to the development of one of Latin America\u2019s pioneering architecture and film initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Manuel\u2019s practice bridges <strong>creative direction and strategic management.<\/strong> He holds a Bachelor of Design from <strong>Design Academy Eindhoven<\/strong>, focused on public space design practices, and a Master\u2019s degree from <strong>Rotterdam Business School<\/strong>, where his research focused on <strong>innovative business models for media companies<\/strong>, reinforcing his ability to build sustainable, future-oriented cultural projects.<\/p>\n<p>His professional background includes research and collaboration with leading academic and design institutions such as <strong>TU Delft<\/strong> (Design for Sustainability Chair) and <strong>ETH Z\u00fcrich<\/strong> (Urban-Think Tank Chair), grounding his work in critical thinking about cities, public space, cultural impact and sustainable design.<\/p>\n<p>He led the production of <strong>Immersive Tech Week<\/strong> until 2026, spearheading the immersive programme at <strong>De Doelen<\/strong>, while overseeing multidisciplinary teams, partnerships, and large-scale programme delivery.
